Job summary

Caraway is seeking a Digital Product Manager to own the onsite experimentation program and drive improvements that boost conversion and revenue. You will shape the customer experience across PDPs, cart, checkout, homepage, and landing pages, partnering with Engineering, Design, Growth, Merchandising, Analytics, CX, and Product Marketing.

You will own the end-to-end process from identifying opportunities to testing, learning, and shipping changes, applying HTML/CSS and browser tools to refine

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in product management, growth, or CRO.
• Proven ownership of e-commerce experimentation and customer-facing product improvements.
• Hands-on experience designing, launching, and analyzing A/B tests.
• Ability to inspect and edit HTML/CSS and troubleshoot tracking issues.
• Strong communication of results in terms of customer and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own onsite experimentation program and drive improvements to increase conversion.
• Shape customer experience across PDPs, cart, checkout, homepage, and PLPs.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, Growth, Analytics, and Marketing to ship improvements.
• Manage backlog, sprint planning, QA, and post-launch validation.
• Deliver monthly readouts on experiment outcomes and incremental revenue.
