Job summary

Right Hook Digital, a global performance marketing agency, seeks a driven Google Ads Media Buyer to scale eCommerce campaigns across Search, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max. You will partner with our Head of Google and strategists, owning day-to-day optimization while gaining mentorship to advance.

This fully remote role offers collaboration with a high‑performing global team, exposure to top eCommerce brands, and a culture focused on growth, experimentation, and results.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on Google Ads experience in eCommerce or agency.
• Strong knowledge of Search, Shopping, Video/YouTube, and Performance Max.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist Google Strategists with optimizing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, PMax, Display, Demand Gen, and Video for a portfolio of eCommerce clients.
• Own day-to-day account health — budgets, pacing, performance monitoring, proactive optimization.
• Build and launch new campaigns, ad groups, and feed-based shopping structures with precision.
• Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, and ongoing keyword management.
• Develop and execute A/B tests across ad copy, bidding strategies, and audience segments.
• Collaborate with visual creators to brief and align on creative assets.
• Prepare clear, insight-led performance reports and client-facing communications.
• Participate in internal strategy sessions, representing your accounts with confidence.
• Stay current with Google Ads updates and best practices and share insights with the team.
• Ensure compliance with Google Ads policies and ad approvals.
• Scale campaigns based on performance data and ROI goals.
• Troubleshoot tracking issues and manage tag implementation.
• Build and maintain product data feeds using DataFeedWatch and Google Merchant Center.
