829 Studios is seeking an E-Commerce Email Marketing Strategist to lead lifecycle marketing for client accounts, with hands-on Klaviyo management and strategic input across teams.

You will own campaigns, automation, and analytics while collaborating with Client Services, Web, and Paid teams. This mid-level role emphasizes thought leadership in Email and Automation and offers remote work options.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of email marketing experience; agency experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading and executing strategy for an E-commerce brand.
• Familiar with email marketing service providers and automation technologies.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and high customer satisfaction.
• Experience with client engagements around marketing automation, email marketing, and/or lead generation.
• Experience in the digital advertising landscape and related technologies.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and data-driven reporting.
• Experience building and managing marketing campaigns utilizing lead generation and nurturing strategies.
• SMS experience in platforms like Sakari and Attentive.

Responsibilities

• Execute clients’ lifecycle marketing plans proactively to meet schedules, performance, and budget goals.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with insights and recommendations for future programs.
• Manage all elements of email marketing initiatives—strategies, programs, and calendars.
• Create and implement email marketing calendars integrated with other marketing initiatives.
• Ensure timely and successful deployment of all targeted email campaigns.
• Multitask, prioritize, and coordinate activities to meet multiple agile deadlines.
• Own email marketing thought leadership within the team.
