Job summary

Domaine seeks a Sr eCommerce Strategist to drive CRO, UX optimization, and conversion improvements for Shopify-based brands. This individual contributor role focuses on data-driven insights, hypothesis development, and cross-functional collaboration with UX, Design, and Engineering.

This contract position starts at 20-30 hours per week, with potential to scale as client needs grow. Remote-first culture and ongoing education opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong CRO and experimentation experience for DTC.
• Hands-on experience building hypotheses and testing roadmaps.
• Ability to translate data into prioritized actions for commerce UX.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRO and experimentation engagements for DTC e-commerce brands.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify conversion opportunities and friction across the funnel.
• Develop data-backed hypotheses and prioritized experimentation roadmaps.
• Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests, translating results into actionable recommendations.
• Conduct CRO research including funnel analysis, UX reviews, user testing, surveys, and audits.
• Partner with UX, Design, Engineering, and Analytics teams to implement experiments.
• Synthesize insights into client recommendations and optimization strategies.
