Job summary

New Era Technology seeks a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer & Partner Manager to own the platform's development lifecycle, architecture, and project delivery. This hybrid, hands-on role combines advanced D365 F&O development with technical project management and partner coordination.

The successful candidate will serve as both technical lead and hands-on developer, bridging business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Deep technical expertise in D365 F&O development and customization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project ownership from requirements to post-go-live support.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive issue resolution and ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
• Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions using X++.
• Design and implement extensions, custom business logic, data entities, and system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain integrations using APIs, OData, REST, and other appropriate integration technologies.
• Work with D365 F&O application architecture, data models, and system components to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, code reviews, performance optimization, and technical issue resolution.
• Support data migration, validation, testing, deployment, and production stabilization activities.
• Manage Azure DevOps for development and release activities.
• Oversee sprint planning, backlog grooming, work item tracking, and development prioritization.
• Manage source control, code repositories, branching strategies, and version control.
• Configure and maintain build and release pipelines, deployment tracking, and release management processes.
• Coordinate code promotion across development, testing, and production environments.
• Follow development standards, security requirements, and best practices for enterprise-grade solutions.
