RED Global is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service expertise to join our global client engagement. The role focuses on bridging business needs with technical solutions and guiding Dynamics 365 implementations across customer service domains.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, product owners and development teams to define requirements, write user stories, map processes and ensure scalable, high‑quality outcomes in a remote LATAM context.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Product Owner.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Strong understanding of customer service processes and CRM best practices.
• Experience writing user stories, functional requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Experience working with US and global stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service expertise to join a global client engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly collaborative professional who can bridge business needs and technical solutions while driving successful Dynamics 365 implementations.

As a key member of the project team, you will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver scalable and effective customer service solutions.

• Role: Business Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service)
• Location: LATAM(Remote)
• Duration: 6 Months + extension
• Capacity: Full-time (8hours/Day, 5Days/Week)

Required Qualifications:
