We are partnered with a well-known Microsoft Partner hiring a Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Consultant for a fully remote role in the United Kingdom. You will provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, help end users, and contribute to the ongoing optimization of the Business Central environment.

You will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams, handling incidents, updates, testing and knowledge transfer to users, with a focus on Finance, Sales, Purchasing and Inventory

Qualifications

• Commercial experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Understanding of Business Central functionality and business processes.
• Experience troubleshooting functional issues and supporting end users.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with ERP systems, user training, testing or system improvements would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, user queries and incidents.
• Support users across core Business Central modules, including Finance, Sales, Purchasing and Inventory.
• Investigate recurring issues and identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
• Manage support tickets, prioritising incidents according to business impact.
• Assist with system updates, testing and the implementation of new functionality.
• Liaise with developers and third-party partners to resolve more complex technical issues.
• Maintain system documentation and provide guidance and training to end users.
