Job summary

The Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA) seeks a Manager, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Applications to lead CRM strategy, oversee health, configuration, and upgrades of the Dynamics 365 platform, and coordinate with the Power Platform ecosystem.

You will manage data migrations from legacy systems, map data from Blackbaud CRM to Dynamics Dataverse, and guide a Power Platform Developer and cross‑functional teams through waves of migration and release cycles.

Qualifications

Minimum 4-6 years of experience with CRM systems and implementations.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, and related Azure data services.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 data structures, Dataverse, and entity mapping.
Experience with ETL/ELT tools, data modeling, and data quality frameworks.
Detail-oriented data management skills and experience with data quality practices.
Power Platform knowledge is a plus (Power Automate/Apps/Pages, Azure Functions).
Strong communication and project management skills for working with stakeholders.
Leadership experience (1-2 people or leading projects) is a plus.
Prior nonprofit experience is a plus.
Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
Strong analytics, problem solving, and priority management.

Responsibilities

Oversee the technical health, configuration, and ongoing improvement of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
Ensure all customizations, integrations, and upgrades are executed per best practices and requirements.
Steward the CRM roadmap and prioritize enhancements with stakeholders.
Directly manage the Power Platform Developer with guidance and oversight.
Lead end-to-end data migration from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 CRM.
Map data flows from legacy systems (Blackbaud CRM) to Dynamics via Azure Data Factory and Dataverse APIs.
Manage customization queue, development, testing, and release notes.
Coordinate resources and reprioritize based on stakeholder feedback.
Create and maintain documentation for migration processes and runbooks.
Implement data governance and security across Azure and Dynamics environments.
Collaborate with consultants to understand data models and migration sequencing.
Support multiple migration waves (mock runs, cutover, post go-live).
Drive continuous improvement in business processes around the Dynamics environment.
