Job summary

The Jewish Federation of British Columbia seeks a CRM & Power Platform Administrator to own the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, reporting to the Executive Director, Development Strategy & Systems. You will automate data entry, build reporting, ensure security, and support staff with training and SOPs.

Collaborating across departments and with the JFNA collective, you will maintain donor relations, fundraising workflows, and regulatory compliance for Canadian charities while upholding data

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on CRM platform administration in a medium-to-large organization.
• At least 2–3 years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement).
• Expertise across the Microsoft Power Platform: Dataverse, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Working knowledge of the Dynamics 365 security model and Entra ID / M365 security.
• Ability to design documentation and SOPs; strong training skills.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and nonprofit donor data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Dynamics 365 environment day-to-day including Dataverse, forms, views, and solutions.
• Configure core Dynamics 365 apps to match organizational processes in a shared build.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and data models.
• Build and maintain Power Automate flows and Power Apps to improve data entry and integrity.
• Ensure data privacy and CASL compliance via technical controls.
• Provide staff training and create SOPs for CRM processes.
