Job summary

Randstad Digital in the United States is seeking a hands-on Dynamics 365 administrator to own the Customer Engagement and Power Platform environment, including security roles, configurations, and data integrations. This fully remote role partners with business leaders and engineering teams to optimize CRM workflows and ensure reliable daily operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Dynamics 365 or Dynamics CRM administration, Dataverse, and Power Automate, with server-side and client-side

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 or Dynamics CRM administration, development, and production support.
• Deep functional and technical expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dataverse, and Power Automate.
• Proven ability to develop server-side and client-side CRM customizations using C#, JavaScript, and REST/Dataverse Web APIs.
• Background in system integrations, data synchronization, and managing deployments across environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities with ability to translate production issues into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform ecosystem, including daily administration and security roles.
• Translate business requirements into scalable configurations and custom apps, flows, and Power Automate solutions.
• Develop server-side and client-side customizations using C# and JavaScript, leveraging Dataverse Web APIs.
• Oversee data integrations and monitor data quality and synchronization issues.
• Lead ALM activities and coordinate deployments across development, testing, and production environments.
• Escalate complex roadblocks and communicate resolutions to non-technical stakeholders.
