Job summary

NorthBay Solutions LLC is seeking a skilled CRM Developer with 5–8 years of experience to build and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, and to implement Power Platform automation. The role focuses on robust CRM functionality, integrations, and data migration aligned with business needs.

You will design plug-ins, workflows, and CRM components; develop and support integrations with external systems; and ensure solution quality, security, and maintainability.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 customization and development.
• Experience developing plug-ins, workflows, and custom CRM components.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate.
• Experience with CRM integrations and data migration.
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 APIs, data models, security, and solution management.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on requirements.
• Design and develop plug-ins, workflows, and custom CRM components.
• Build Power Platform automation including Power Automate.
• Develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and external systems.
• Perform data migration including mapping, transformation, validation, and migration.
• Troubleshoot CRM customisations, integrations, and automation.
• Follow development standards for quality, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with consultants, technical leads, and stakeholders through the lifecycle.
• Prepare technical documentation and support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
