Job summary

Nesco Resource seeks a CRM Engineer to design, build, and sustain MS Dynamics CRM deployments across environments in a remote setting. You will collaborate with architecture, UX and other dev teams as well as the business community.

The role requires hands-on D365 CRM development, Power Automate, Azure Functions and Logic Apps, and Dataverse integrations, with focus on scalable flows and Power Apps. On-call or after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field.
• 3+ years hands-on CRM experience.
• 2+ years building PowerApps and Flow driven apps.
• 5+ years IT experience.
• Strong problem-solving and independent thinking.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for MS Dynamics/CRM applications
• Develop PoCs to test new functionalities
• Develop, test, and implement D365 Power Automate and Cloud Flows
• Develop, test, and implement custom features in Microsoft Dynamics
• Participate in business case creation and estimation of work
• Recommend and implement best practices
• Consult with business to modernize processes using Power Automate, Azure Functions and Logic Apps
• Communicate new features to users
• Create and maintain documentation
• Assist in writing user guides
• Monitor and troubleshoot performance
• On-call and/or after-hours work
