Job summary

The Battery Network is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform Engineer to modernize and integrate our CRM ecosystem, including Dataverse, Power Pages, and Power Automate. You will build scalable business solutions, work on customer-facing portals, and collaborate with business teams to solve complex operational problems.

Qualifications

• Three plus years of hands-on experience developing, configuring, deploying, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Pages solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, plus 3+ years of Dynamics 365/Power Platform experience; OR 6+ years equivalent.
• Experience building or supporting customer-facing portals, self-service experiences, or external-facing business apps using Power Pages, Dataverse, APIs, or related Microsoft tech.
• Design and support integrations between CRM, portals, ERP, APIs, data sources, with focus on data quality, security, and maintainability.
• Hands-on experience extending Dynamics 365 CRM via C#/.NET plugins, custom workflows, integrations, and extensibility.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for The Battery Network.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, extend, and support Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse solutions.
• Design, build, deploy, and support custom Dynamics 365 functionality with C#/.NET.
• Design, build, enhance, and support customer-facing Power Pages portal capabilities.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate flows, Power Apps, Dataverse components.
• Support and extend Business Central and Dataverse/Dynamics integration patterns.
• Design, troubleshoot, and support API-driven integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, ERP data.
• Identify opportunities to expand CRM use across departments and workflows.
• Provide lifecycle management, deployment practices, governance for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
