Job summary

Vector Security is seeking a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Developer to design, build, and support enterprise CRM solutions as part of a large-scale business transformation. This role emphasizes custom development, Power Platform automation, and third-party integrations, including DocuSign, within a complex, integrated systems environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse development experience.
• Strong C# plugin development experience.
• Hands-on with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Azure integration services.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong understanding of D365 data structures, workflows, and security models.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain plugins, workflows, and extensions.
• Configure Dataverse entities, forms, views, and security roles.
• Build and support Power Apps and Power Automate flows.
• Design and support API-based integrations using Azure.
• Implement DocuSign integrations within Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with QA, Business, and Architecture teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Support testing, deployments, and post-release issues across environments.
