Job summary

Pearson Carter Limited is seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Consultant for a fully remote role. You will provide multi-level support, work with end users, consultants, and developers to resolve issues, and help enhance Business Central environments.

The role covers Finance, Sales, Purchasing and Inventory modules, with opportunities to assist upgrades, training, and documentation. Office may be remote from the US, offering a flexible, international remote work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience with Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience supporting BC/NAV users in a consultancy or end-user environment.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Sales, Purchasing and Inventory modules.
• Experience troubleshooting system issues and resolving support tickets.
• Knowledge of Business Central configuration, administration, and user management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and workloads effectively.

Responsibilities

A growing Microsoft Partner is looking for a Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Consultant to join their team. This is a fully remote role offering the opportunity to support and enhance Business Central environments, working closely with end users, consultants, and developers to resolve issues, deliver system improvements, and provide ongoing ERP support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for Dynamics 365 Business Central users
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve Business Central support tickets
