The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and strong business process understanding. Qualifications

• Proven experience in full lifecycle Dynamics NAV/BC implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its modules.
• Strong understanding of business and accounting principles.
• Ability to create high-quality functional documentation and system designs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.
• Strong interpersonal skills with effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work independently in a home-based setting.
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation process of Dynamics NAV/BC.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and set specifications.
• Provide expert guidance on Dynamics NAV/BC capabilities.
• Configure and customize Dynamics NAV/BC to fit business needs.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and resolve issues pre-go-live.
• Deliver training to end-users for successful system adoption.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dynamics NAV/BC updates.
• Work with technical teams for integrations and extensions.
• Provide post-implementation support and guidance.
