Job summary

Enavate is seeking a Business Central Consultant to lead end-to-end D365 BC implementations across multiple locations. The role requires translating complex business needs into technical BC solutions, engaging clients, and guiding workshops and trainings for successful adoption.

Ideal candidates will have deep BC/NAV experience, strong core module knowledge, and be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Travel up to 25% within the U.S. and Canada is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV in a consulting/partner environment.
• Strong understanding of BC modules: financials, inventory, supply chain, manufacturing, or project accounting.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or professional services verticals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end BC implementations from requirements to go-live support.
• Translate business needs into functional BC solutions with minimal customization.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and user training to ensure adoption.
• Collaborate with technical, development and PM teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to evolution of delivery methodologies and templates.
