Cambay Solutions is seeking an experienced D365 Business Central Implementation Lead to oversee end-to-end BC projects for enterprise and mid-market customers. Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years delivering ERP implementations.
• 5+ years leading Dynamics 365 Business Central projects.
• Experience across multiple end-to-end BC implementations.
• Strong knowledge of BC modules: Financial Management, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Project Management, Service Management.
• Experience with ERP delivery methodologies and governance.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional implementation teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end BC implementation projects from initiation to go-live and post-production support.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resource planning, risk, governance.
• Conduct discovery to translate business requirements into plans.
• Lead design sessions across Financial, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, Project Management, and Service Management.
• Coordinate data migration, integrations, testing, UAT, training, cutover planning, and deployment.
• Ensure BC implementations follow Microsoft’s Success by Design methodology and best practices.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and escalation processes.
• Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee configuration, validation, and QA activities; support change management and adoption.
