Job summary

Minnesota Department of Human Services is seeking a DWRS Compliance Analyst to ensure accuracy and compliance of disability waiver rate calculations and service agreements. You will review data, collaborate with the Fiscal Policy team, and develop guidance for partners.

The role requires experience in quality assurance, data analysis, and applying state/federal laws, with a focus on improving program integrity and policy implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience with Minnesota’s disability waiver programs, systems, financing, providers, and related laws
• Experience analyzing data or conducting QA activities to inform decisions
• Experience interpreting and applying state and federal laws, regulations, and policy

Responsibilities

• Ensure DWRS rate calculations and waiver service agreements are accurate and compliant
• Collaborate with Fiscal Policy and Operations team and DHS divisions to support correct service rates
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of DWRS data, agreements, and related materials
• Develop and maintain policy guidance and resources for internal and external partners
• Analyze policies and operations to improve fiscal integrity and compliance
• Perform other duties as needed
