The Disability Waiver Rate System Compliance Analyst at the State of Minnesota will ensure accuracy and consistency of DWRS rate calculations and waiver service agreements. This position is eligible for telework (https://mn.gov/mmb-stat/policies/1422-telework.pdf) for applicants who reside in Minnesota or in a bordering state, with supervisory approval and satisfactory performance. The Disability Waiver Rate System (DWRS) Compliance Analyst will ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of DWRS rate calculations and disability waiver service agreements through qualify assurance reviews, data analysis, policy guidance, and process improvement. Responsibilities include:
2 years of professional experience in quality assurance review and analysis. Experience must demonstrate the following:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Public Policy, Data Analytics or related field may substitute for 1 year of experience OR Master’s degree in Human Services, Public Policy, Data Analytics or related field may substitute for 2 years of experience
