Job summary

NYS Office for People With Developmental Disabilities is seeking Standards Compliance Analysts to visit and review certified day and residential programs and services under the HCBS Waiver. The role includes interpreting regulations for providers, participating in exit conferences, and reviewing corrective action plans.

Positions involve extensive fieldwork and travel, with on-site requirements in early mornings, evenings, and some weekends; training in Albany and other locations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in listed fields as required (see posting).
• One year of DD program development/oversight experience for Trainee 2.
• Two years of DD program development/oversight experience for Trainee 1.

Responsibilities

• Visit and review all day and residential programs certified by OPWDD and services under the HCBS Waiver.
• Interpret regulations to providers and participate at exit conferences.
• Review providers' plans of corrective action.
• Extensive field work, travel, and on-site observation; some weekend visits; mandatory trainings.
