Minnesota Department of Human Services is seeking a DWRS Compliance Analyst to ensure accuracy and compliance of disability waiver rate calculations and service agreements. You will review data, collaborate with the Fiscal Policy team, and develop guidance for partners.
The role requires experience in quality assurance, data analysis, and applying state/federal laws, with a focus on improving program integrity and policy implementation.
This position is eligible for telework for applicants who reside in Minnesota or in a bordering state, with supervisory approval and satisfactory performance. If you live in a state bordering Minnesota, you must live within 50 miles or less from the primary work location to be eligible for telework.

The Disability Waiver Rate System (DWRS) Compliance Analyst will ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of DWRS rate calculations and disability waiver service agreements through qualify assurance reviews, data analysis, policy guidance, and process improvement. Responsibilities include:
2 years of professional experience in quality assurance review and analysis. Experience must demonstrate the following:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Public Policy, Data Analytics or related field may substitute for 1 year of experience OR Master’s degree in Human Services, Public Policy, Data Analytics or related field may substitute for 2 years of experience
