Job summary

Avedo GmbH is seeking Dutch-speaking customer support freelancers to be the first point of contact for questions about orders, returns, products, and the overall shopping experience. Work fully remotely on a freelance basis, with onboarding and ongoing team collaboration.

You’ll handle Dutch inbound calls and messages, document cases in the CRM, and provide shopping guidance while coordinating with your Team Lead. English skills help internal communications, and a quiet home office is expected.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch required.
• Experience in e-commerce, fashion, or call center is preferred.
• Good English for internal communication and training.
• Quiet, reliable remote workspace with stable internet.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and written inquiries in Dutch (email/chat).
• Manage orders, returns, and general customer questions.
• Provide product information and shopping advice.
• Document each case accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the team and Team Lead.
