Avedo - Eine Marke der Ströer X GmbH ищет нидерландоязычных специалистов для удаленной поддержки клиентов в модном онлайн-магазине. Вы будете первым контактом для нидерландскоязычных клиентов: обработка вопросов по заказам, возвратам, товарам; коммуникация по письмам и чату на голландском языке.

Работа на фриланс-основе, полностью удаленная, удаленная платформа и гибкий график. Вас ждут обучение и поддержка на старте, а также долгосрочная работа в международной сети.

Qualifications

• Нужен опыт работы в обслуживании клиентов, желательно в e-commerce, моде или кол-центре.
• Носитель голландского языка (письменно и устно) — обязательно.
• Хорошие коммуникативные навыки и энтузиазм в работе с клиентами.

Responsibilities

• Первый контакт для нидерландоязычных клиентов: ответы на вопросы по заказам, возвраты и продукты.
• Обработка заказов, возвратов и общие клиентские запросы; предоставление информации и консультаций.
• Документирование каждого кейса в CRM; тесное сотрудничество с командой и руководителем.

In detail: Inbound calls and written customer communication (email/chat) in Dutch order management, returns processing, and general customer inquiries providing product information and shopping advice accurate documentation of each case in the CRM system close collaboration with your team and Team Lead
