Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency seeks an experienced marketer to own 4–6 DTC accounts end-to-end: client contact, strategy, creative direction, and landing-page delivery. You’ll manage budgets from $30k/mo to $1M/mo, write briefs, guide editors, and ship ads weekly while using AI tools to research and craft winning narratives.

Remote role with US Eastern calls preferred. You’ll own the client relationship, defend decisions, and optimize for NC-CPA and NC-ROAS with a hands-on, results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple DTC accounts with meaningful spend.
• Proven ability to own client relationships end-to-end and present results.
• Strong writing and storytelling for direct response in English.
• Comfort with remote collaboration and flexible work hours.

Responsibilities

• Own 4 to 6 DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, creative lead and client contact.
• Manage client relationships directly and present results and plans.
• Conduct research using reviews, ad comments, support tickets, Reddit for angles.
• Write briefs and scripts, direct editors and designers, maintain quality.
• Ship 8–10 new ad launches weekly in batches 1–1.5 weeks.
• Build and test landing pages (Claude Code, deploy to Vercel).
• Diagnose bottlenecks (creative, offer, AOV, landing page, checkout).
• Report on NC-CPA and NC-ROAS with informed attribution views.
