Job summary

Seeking Health LLC is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to lead and scale its direct-to-consumer channel from $17M to $30M+. You will own P&L, oversee paid media, SEO, email, and e-commerce while building a high-performing team in a fast-growing health education company.

You will partner with the CEO to drive growth, optimize unit economics, and implement AI-driven strategies across channels to educate customers before selling, with flexibility for location in Bellingham, WA or Waynesboro,

Qualifications

• 8+ years progressive digital marketing experience with leadership in DTC brands
• 3+ years leading teams at DTC brands doing $17M+ revenue
• Experience marketing education-heavy supplements or health products
• Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, GA, ads platforms, attribution, and funnel optimization
• Ability to build and forecast marketing metrics and P&L

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and growth strategy for the $17M DTC business
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategy aligned with education-first philosophy
• Build financial models forecasting CAC, LTV, channel contribution, path to $30M+
• Lead campaigns across PPC, SEO, email, paid social and e-commerce
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with retail/wholesale teams
• Leverage AI tools for segmentation, personalization, and optimization
• Define OKRs and report on ROI and performance
• Recruit and lead a high-performing DTC marketing team
