Job summary

JobRack is seeking a Growth Manager to own all new customer marketing and acquisition across channels, with emphasis on DTC growth and a focus on HCP and B2B engines. The role demands a results-driven operator who can scale spending efficiently while maintaining profitability.

We are fully remote with daily crossover hours, Colorado MT overlap, and a requirement to be available Tuesdays at noon MT. Compensation is $7,000–$8,000 USD per month plus incentives.

• Proven digital media buying experience across major channels.
• Strong creative direction for campaigns that drive acquisition.
• Experience managing content to acquire customers.
• Experience managing media spend across multiple digital channels.
• Track record of driving acquisition initiatives with measurable results.
• Performance marketing background with accountability for efficiency.
• Experience with creative-testing velocity and channel expansion.
• Expertise in measurement discipline and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own all new customer marketing and acquisition across channels.
• Manage content that drives customer acquisition.
• Manage media buying and spend across channels (Meta, Google, podcasts, AppLovin, streaming video, newsletters).
• Drive key acquisition initiatives and maintain efficiency and profitability guardrails.
• Expand channels while preserving measurement discipline.
