Alcon is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist (Dry Eye portfolio) to cover the City of Chicago and North Suburbs in a remote, field-based role. You will build trusted partnerships, execute territory plans, promote the ocular health portfolio, and expand access to solutions that improve patient outcomes.

The position requires residence within the territory, travel (100%), and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.).
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• 2 Years of Proven Experience.

Responsabilités

• Driving territory growth and achieving sales objectives through strategic account planning and account management.
• Developing and maintaining trusted relationships with ophthalmologists, optometrists, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders throughout the territory.
• Educating customers on Alcon's ocular health pharmaceutical portfolio and supporting product adoption through clinical discussion and customer engagement.
• Executing territory business plans focused on growing, optimizing, and protecting key accounts.
• Conducting regular in-person customer visits and delivering educational presentations, speaker programs, and customer events.
• Identifying growth opportunities through analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners including Medical Science Liaisons, Market Access teams, Marketing, and Regional Sales Leadership.
• Utilizing data and insights to create account strategies that drive business results and enhance customer engagement.
• Managing a geographically dispersed territory with significant travel and customer-facing activity.
