Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist to cover the City of Chicago and North Suburbs. This remote, field-based role involves building trusted partnerships with physicians and healthcare professionals, delivering clinical discussions, and executing territory business plans.

You will educate customers on the ocular health portfolio, drive product adoption, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand access and improve patient outcomes. Residency in the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English reading/writing/communication.
• 2 years of proven sales experience in healthcare or ophthalmology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory growth and achieve sales objectives through strategic account planning.
• Develop relationships with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and other eye-care professionals.
• Educate customers on Alcon's ocular health portfolio and promote product adoption.
• Execute territory plans focusing on growth, protection of key accounts, and events.
