Job summary

Centessa Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Project Manager, Drug Development to provide portfolio‑level support across early to late‑stage programs. This fully remote role focuses on maintaining accurate project timelines and budgets within the PPM system and supporting senior project managers.

You will monitor Smartsheet timelines, help generate status reports and RAID logs, coordinate meeting logistics, and collaborate across time zones with minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, business, or healthcare discipline.
• 1–3 years of project management support within pharma/biotech.
• Proven Smartsheet expertise and hands-on PPM experience (Planisware).
• Detail-oriented and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update drug development timelines and budgets in the PPM system.
• Monitor Smartsheet timelines for portfolio reporting consistency.
• Support senior project managers with meetings, minutes, and PM activities.
• Track action items and ensure deliverables stay on schedule.
• Generate project status reports, dashboards, and RAID logs.
