Job summary

Centessa Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Statistical Programming to provide strategic and technical leadership across therapeutic areas. You will establish reporting standards, drive efficient programming processes, and support clinical development planning for multiple indications.

This remote US role includes occasional travel to our Boston headquarters. The role requires 10+ years of SAS programming in pharma/CRO settings, CDISC expertise (SDTM/ADaM), and strong leadership

Qualifications

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related field with SAS experience.
Experience in both early and late phase/registrational trials with SAS programming.
Strong knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM/ADaM) and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead statistical programming activities aligning with study timelines and program priorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data reporting and regulatory submissions.
Mentor team members and ensure CDISC standards and regulatory compliance.
Oversee CROs and manage timelines and quality expectations.
