Job summary

Centessa Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Project Manager to provide portfolio-level support across early to late-stage programs. This fully remote role emphasizes maintaining accurate project timelines and budgets within the PPM system and delivering PM support to Centessa’s R&D portfolio.

The role reports to the Director, Program Management and supports senior project managers. Responsibilities include updating timelines and budgets, generating status reports and RAID logs, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, business, or healthcare discipline.
• 1–3 years of project management support within pharma/biotech.
• Proven expertise in Smartsheet; experience with a PPM system such as Planisware.
• CAPM certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update complex drug development timelines and budgets in a PPM system.
• Monitor Smartsheet timelines to ensure accurate portfolio reporting.
• Assist senior PMs with meeting logistics, agendas, minutes and related tasks.
• Track action items and follow up to keep deliverables on schedule.
• Generate project status reports, dashboards, and RAID logs for leadership.
