Skydio is seeking a Senior Full‑Stack Software Engineer to design and build core cloud and geospatial systems powering autonomous drone operations at scale. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building product features from backend to frontend.
• Experience delivering scalable cloud-based applications.
• Proficiency with the listed stack (Python, Go, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, AWS, Kubernetes, Temporal, TypeScript, React, Three.js).
• Experience with geospatial data visualization tools (Mapbox, Cesium, PostGIS, ArcGIS, QGIS).
• Experience with photogrammetry, scanning, mapping, or 3D reconstruction pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and build core cloud and geospatial systems powering drone operations at scale.
• Develop Skydio Cloud SaaS features and occasional drone-side software.
• Collaborate with product, design, and field teams end‑to‑end to deliver features.
• Design secure, observable, scalable software for petabytes of real‑time data.
• Contribute to engineering standards through code reviews and post‑mortems.
• Join the rotating on‑call schedule to keep the platform available 24/7.
