CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. is seeking an experienced Recruiting Partner – Driver Recruiting to support our professional driver hiring efforts.

This remote role is built for a recruiter who understands the driver market and can deliver high‑quality hires through a strong operational partnership. You will manage full-cycle driver recruiting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring process, while collaborating with operations to meet fleet needs.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting drivers and managing a full cycle process.
• Ability to source, screen, interview and guide candidates.
• Strong communication with drivers and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and hire qualified professional drivers.
• Build and maintain driver pipelines through outreach and leads.
• Align hiring activity with fleet needs and start dates.
• Develop relationships with CDL schools and driver sources.
• Support hiring strategies based on market conditions and volume.
• Track recruiting metrics to improve speed and quality.
