Qualifications

• Drayage, intermodal, dispatch, or logistics coordination experience required.
• Knowledge of port and rail terminal operations (appointments, last free day, per diem).
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule every container move between ports, rail ramps, and warehouses.
• Match each move with the right carrier, book terminal and warehouse appointments, and confirm chassis/equipment.
• Coordinate with Carrier Sales, Track & Trace, customers and terminals; adjust plans as needed and document updates.
