What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and assign container moves across multiple terminals and schedules
• Manage load planning with a focus on accuracy, time sensitivity, and service
• Communicate with customers regarding ETAs, delays, and updates with clarity and professionalism
• Work closely with dispatchers and drivers to ensure execution of the plan
• Maintain accurate and timely data entry in TMS and port systems
• Flag and resolve issues before they become service failures
• Monitor appointments, demurrage risks, and terminal constraints daily

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years in drayage, intermodal, or a high‑volume logistics environment
• Exceptional attention to detail—small mistakes have big consequences
• Clear, confident communication with both customers and internal teams
• Comfortable juggling priorities in a fast‑moving, deadline‑driven role
• Tech‑savvy with TMS, port systems, ELDs; McLeod experience a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong advantage
