BlueGrace Logistics LLC seeks a Drayage Capacity Coordinator to build and manage a drayage carrier network across ports, rails, and inland destinations from the Chicago area. You will price moves, onboard carriers, and coordinate with the drayage team to ensure fast, compliant execution.

The role emphasizes relationship building with carriers, strong problem-solving, and proactive capacity management in a dynamic freight environment.

Qualifications

• Prior drayage experience required with port/rail ops knowledge.
• Familiarity with FMCSA compliance and port credentials is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple shipments and carrier relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain drayage carrier network; assign loads and negotiate rates.
• Monitor capacity, performance, and service at ports/ramps.
• Onboard new drayage carriers and expand capacity across lanes.
• Price drayage shipments, considering base linehaul, port/rail fees, chassis, fuel, and accessorials.
• Execute shipments end-to-end with the team and manage documentation.
