Formación

• Admission to a U.S. state bar in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Draft asylum applications and declarations with comprehensive research and substantiation.
• Draft legal briefs, memoranda, and organize evidence for hearings.
• Collaborate with legal staff and paralegals to refine documents.

• Supervise paralegals and/or other attorneys as needed.
