Job summary

Political Asylum Lawyers is looking for a Spanish-speaking Representation Staff Attorney to join our team. This role is primarily remote, but candidates must reside within an hour's drive of nondetained Immigration Courts in Orlando, Dallas, or Houston.

The attorney will represent clients in Immigration Court and asylum interviews, preparing them to testify and ensuring they achieve the best outcomes possible. This position combines client advocacy with the use of technology, including AI tools, to enhance legal processes and case management.

Responsibilities
