Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of remote customer-service experience or 1 year onsite experience.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Accurate data-entry and basic computer skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking with callers.
• Professional and dependable work habits.
• A quiet, dedicated home workspace.
