Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months remote customer service or 1+ year onsite experience.
• Professional and welcoming phone presence.
• Strong listening and verbal communication skills.
• Accurate typing and data-entry abilities.
• Comfort following scripts and structured processes.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Dedicated and quiet home workspace.
