Kaizen Advance in Columbus, OH seeks a Non-Profit Donation Agent (Independent Contractor) to process donation calls and deliver high-quality donor service. You’ll handle inquiries for nonprofit, government, and spiritual groups from a home setup, with flexible hours and opportunities for email, ticket, and chat support.

The role requires 6 months remote call center experience (or 1 year in-office), excellent communication, and the ability to pass a background check and voice assessment.

Qualifications

• Remote call center experience: 6 months remote or 1 year in-office
• Must be 18+
• US resident
• Quiet, professional background for calls
• Typing at least 40 words per minute
• Intermediate computer skills
• Pass a background check
• Pass a voice assessment and a mock call
• Preferred: highly organized and self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills
• Intermediate PC proficiency
• Reliable and dependable

Responsabilités
