Job summary

Center for Biological Diversity seeks a Donor Relations Manager to lead a donor relations team in a hybrid or remote setting, overseeing timely donor interactions, campaigns, and stewardship of Leadership Circle donors contributing $1,000 or more annually.

Reporting to Membership Director the role focuses on growing mid and major donor journeys, coordinating multichannel campaigns, events, and portfolio management to advance the organization’s conservation mission.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of proven fundraising experience.
• Excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and maintain attention to detail.
• Experience with donor databases or CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multiple fundraising campaigns and reports.
• Provide year-round stewardship of Leadership Circle donors.
• Manage Donor Relations Associates and oversee campaigns.
• Cultivate Leadership Circle donors and portfolio management.
• Coordinate donor events and webinars, including post-event follow-up.
• Adapt communications quickly in response to breaking news.
