Job summary

Vitalant is seeking a Donor Outreach Supervisor to lead the call center team and drive donor appointments in a remote environment. You will supervise daily outreach activities, ensure quality service, and support the mission of Vitalant by guiding staff to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

The role requires supervisory experience, call center knowledge, and a commitment to donor engagement. This remote position supports a nationwide program with a Phoenix, AZ base as applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of telemarketing techniques required.
• Two years of related call center experience, including at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of blood banking telemarketing techniques preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of quality customer service to all customers.
• Hire, supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel.
• Develop daily call plans that focus on Donor Outreach efforts using forecasts, reports, and staff schedules.
• Conduct call quality monitoring and provide feedback to staff.
• Investigate and resolve donor complaints.
• Compile monthly evaluations and standard reports on Donor Outreach activity.
