You will manage donor and volunteer relationships, resolve inquiries across channels, and help drive revenue growth through strategic interactions. The role requires strong customer service, excellent communication, and data integrity across fundraising platforms.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication across channels.
• Ability to build relationships with donors, volunteers, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engage donors and volunteers across multiple channels, resolving inquiries and enhancing engagement.
• Apply fundraising techniques to recruit, retain, and cultivate participants across campaigns.
• Maintain donor records, analyze feedback, and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Support peak-volume periods and cross-functional initiatives within Enterprise Contact Center.
