Job summary

Vitalant is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Strategic Donor Growth & Experience, to lead enterprise donor growth strategies and drive donor acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. You will collaborate across Donor Recruitment, Marketing, Donor Care, Scheduling, Customer Experience, and Operations to design programs that deliver measurable impact.

The role is remote within the United States with travel up to 25–35% to support initiatives and execution across the matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred but not required.
• 5–7 years of experience in program management or growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise donor growth programs and measure outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Donor Recruitment, and Operations.
• Develop roadmaps, business cases, and success metrics.
• Present executive updates and manage cross-functional governance.
