Job summary

Vitalant is seeking an entry-level Donor Care Technician I - Phlebotomist in Flagstaff, AZ to travel to regional blood drives and work directly with donors to collect blood and blood products that save lives.

No prior experience is required; paid training is provided. The role involves full-time hours with a schedule Tue-Fri, 3am–10pm, and a starting pay of $20.10 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement for travel.

Qualifications

Job Description

Job Title: Donor Care Technician I - Phlebotomist
Pay: $20.10 per hour

Start Date: October 12th 2026
Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, Full-Time. Must be available to be scheduled between 3am and 10pm. Schedule is based on business needs and is sent three weeks in advance.

Travel: Throughout Northern Arizona, with an average of1-5 overnight trips per monthas needed.Vitalant covers all meals and hotel accommodations, and acompany vehicle is providedfor travel.

Training: Phlebotomy training will take place in Tempe during your first 90 days of employment. Training is Monday-Friday, in between the hours of 7:00 AM-4 PM. You will use your own vehicle to commute to Tempe, and we will provide mileage reimbursement.

No prior experience is required. Paid training is provided.
