Job summary

Vitalant is seeking a Donor Recruitment Representative in Rosemont, IL to drive blood drive recruitment and donor turnout. You will build partnerships with schools, businesses, and community organizations while coordinating events and coaching coordinators to expand life-saving drives.

The role emphasizes public speaking, relationship-building, and quota-driven recruitment within a hybrid schedule, with travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid in-state driver's license required.
• One year related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage in public speaking and community events to recruit new volunteer blood drive partners.
• Build relationships with volunteer blood drive coordinators at schools, businesses, and community groups.
• Coach and motivate coordinators to increase donor turnout and establish blood drive committees.
• Develop recruitment plans to meet territory-based collection goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate projections and scheduling for drives.
• Identify and secure new blood drive opportunities and support partner engagement.
