Job summary

MDS Communications is hiring a Communication Specialist to join their mission-driven team. You will perform outbound calls for several nonprofit clients, using a predictive dialing system, and engage donors to secure financial gifts.

Training is provided, with performance metrics and potential for growth. Qualified applicants bring at least 1 year of outbound telemarketing or stable work history, a dedicated wired internet connection, and a quiet home office.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ outbound telemarketing experience or long-term stable work history.
• Dedicated wired internet connection.
• Quiet place to work at home free from interruptions.
• A commitment to charitable/non-profit causes and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Receive in-depth training.
• Be assigned to one of four teams calling multiple clients per day.
• Call 4–8 different clients over an 8-hour day using dialer systems.
• Communicate with donors in a positive, engaging manner to secure gifts.
• Meet fundraising and productivity metrics.
