Job summary

Christianity Today is seeking a Partner Engagement Manager (Mid-Level Giving & Donor Development) to build meaningful relationships with Sustaining Partners and emerging major donors. You will design personalized engagement strategies to strengthen retention, increase annual giving, and grow a pipeline for major gifts, while guiding the Sustaining Partner program and stewarding donors up to $5K.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years fundraising and mid/major gifts experience.
• Christian nonprofit experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 250–300 mid-level donors giving $1K–$5K+ annually.
• Develop personalized engagement plans and touchpoints to increase giving and retention.
• Grow Sustaining Partners and The Thread programs with Mission Advancement colleagues.
• Qualify and move prospects toward major gifts (>$10K).
• Maintain donor records and produce monthly performance reports.
• Assist with donor events and travel to engage major gifts prospects.
• Travel approximately six times per year on average.
